Netbranch will convert to Radius Virtual Branch on February 24th
Radius Federal Credit Union is converting our online banking and bill pay platform to Virtual Branch to enhance the user experience for our members. Here’s what you need to know ahead of the change.
Timing and service disruption during the conversion
The conversion to Virtual Branch will take place on February 23-24, 2022.
Beginning at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23rd, online bill pay will be temporarily unavailable. Any payments you’ve scheduled prior to that time will be made as directed, and you’ll be able to schedule new payments after 3 p.m. on Thursday, February 24th. All of your merchants currently entered in Netbranch online bill pay will be converted to our new Radius Virtual Branch.
Beginning at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23rd, Netbranch online banking will be temporarily unavailable. When you log in on or after Thursday, February 24th at 3 p.m., you’ll be directed to our new Virtual Branch platform (“VB Next”) when you click the “Online Banking” button from our RadiusFCU.com home page.
