When you become a Radius member, you’re automatically enrolled in our automated teller. Just call 716-875-1747 or 1-800-491-0256 and press option 4 to be directed to the automated teller.
Simply use your member number to access our automated teller system. The first time you use automated teller, your personal identification number (PIN) will be the last 4 digits of the primary Radius member’s Social Security Number. You can reset your password once you’re signed in.
Once you’re in, you can easily:
- Check your balances in real-time
- Transfer money between accounts
- Reorder checks
- Make inquiries about your account history
