MessagePay is the quick and easy way to make a payment to your Radius FCU loans or credit cards from an account at any financial institution. You can pay from your smart phone, tablet, laptop, or home computer.

How to set up MessagePay
You’ll receive a text message informing you of the amount due on your loan, and you’ll be able to review your payment options. The link will take you to a portal where you will be asked to verify your account with your account number and date of birth.
When you verify your account for the first time, you’ll be asked to provide a 4 digit pin and your preferred method of payment. Once your account has been successfully verified, you’ll be directed to the payment portal where you’ll be able to see all of your loans and will also be able to select your preferred payment method.

Verify Your Account
You’ll receive a text message that contains a link to a secure payment portal, where you’ll look up and verify your account.
Create A 4-digit PIN
After clicking the link provided in the initial message, you’ll be prompted to create a PIN, which will be used for subsequent logins.
Add A Payment Method
Once you’ve set your PIN, you’ll be asked to add an external payment method(s) and select a ‘default’ option if you add multiple accounts.
Make A Payment
After payment method is added, you’re ready to pay! Your loan information is shown on the Payment tab; when you select “Make Payment Now,” you’ll be shown a confirmation screen to confirm the payment with the selected method.
