We like you. But we don’t want to make you come in and see us just to deposit a check. With Radius Mobile Check Deposit, you don’t even need to visit an ATM or shared service location to deposit checks. Simply use your smartphone or tablet with our Mobile Banking app to snap a picture and deposit the money.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT
Sign your name on the back of the check and write “For Mobile Deposit at Radius FCU” in the endorsement section of the check.
Log into your account on our Mobile Banking app, click the “Deposit” icon at the bottom of your screen and enter the check amount.
Use the camera on your mobile device to take photos of the front and back of the check.
View your account to verify the deposit is pending. The cut-off time for same day mobile check deposit is 2:30 p.m. daily on business days.
The cut-off time for same day mobile check deposit is 2:30 p.m. daily. (Excluding non-business days). Regular check hold policies apply. Checks payable to any party other than the member whose account has been approved for Remote Deposit Capture will not be accepted. If your check deposit is rejected, we will email the reason and how to correct it. The dollar amount limit per check is $3,000.00. The daily mobile deposit limit is $6,000.00.
